The Fridayparts Return Policy
We always want customers to be satisfied with their entire experience, this includes our return policy.
To assure customer satisfaction we made this procedure as easy as possible. Warranty claims are processed through our technical department.
For all non-warranty returns (Replacement parts only.Original parts are of no return) follow instructions.
Please Contact us for Return in 30 days.
Please note parts must be in original packaging and in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition.

- Request an RMA #.
- State the reason for your return.
2. Properly package the product for shipping.
- Write the RMA# on the package.
- Ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item, one of the following will happen:
- Refunds - A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
- Exchange - Another part will be sent.
- After we received the return package, full credit will be given to all items that have not been installed and are returned in resaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for shipping cost of reason “bought it wrong” or “don't need it any more”.
- Fridayparts is responsible for shipping cost of reason “quality problem” or “wrong shipped”.
- Refund through Paypal will be received immediately.
- Refund through Credit Card will be received in 2 days.(We will refund and send you the slip,handle time is for bank)
