Shipping Guide and Returns
1. Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once you place the order on our website and make payment for it, you would receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. You can also visit your Member Center to view detail information about the state of the order.
We will ship the package within 3 days. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you showing that the order has been shipped and could be tracked with the tracking numbe provided. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
Delivery Time: Expedited Shipping(FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS):TO USA 2-6 Workdays ,TO Other countries 3-8 Workdays .
This is normal condition , but sometimes int'l delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties
Please, make sure to provide us with correct , precise , and detailed shipping Address .
And you'd better leave us your correct phone number , that the delivery man can contact you smoothly when your goods have arrived your place .
We will ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.
3. Track your order:
You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. You can track your shipments by clicking on these links below

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
